The dining chair is made with the acclaimed Lloyd Loom material which is a woven tightly twisted paper braid wrapped around steel wire. Lloyd Loom is remarkably strong and in ancient times it was the preferred choice of furniture material for restaurants, cruise ships and zeppelin airships. Here you get a durable and unique piece of wicker furniture that can last for generations.
This furniture is made of rattan and Loom. Loom is a woven material made of twisted kraft paper reinforced with steel wire. This type of weave does not bend, distort or creak when used – which makes it very strong and durable. The material was invented by Lloyd Loom in 1917, and for many years it was the preferred furniture material for restaurants, cruise ships and even zeppelin airships
The frame is made of rattan. Rattan is often confused with bamboo, but unlike hollow bamboo, rattan is a solid material. This makes rattan furniture very durable, and able to last for generations.
MAINTENANCE Loom and rattan require no maintenance but can be wiped with a lightly damped cloth if needed.

Our cushions are developed in our Danish sewing studio to add extra comfort and fit perfectly into each piece of furniture. They are made of hig-quality durable fabric.
